I know that it's been quite some time since I've updated my blog or added new things to it, but I've been suffering from severe bouts of vertigo/dizziness/nausea for the last few weeks and I'm not sure when things are going to be back to "normal." I have a neurologist appt on the 11th of July that I am looking forward to- hopefully we can get some answers. And hopefully, some treatment to make me well.

Sandi - SOrry to hear you are suffering from this. I am a new subscriber to the Scraperie.com monthly kit and followed the link to your blog.
Obviously, I am not aware of the tests you have already had done or your medical history, but thought I would share a comment anyway.
Several years ago I was having similar problems. It was completely dehibilitating. There was nothing wrong with my brain, but they did find I was hypoglycemic, low on iron and my thyroid wasn't working properly. All 3 of those are easy to check with a simple blood test. (blood pressure is another one that makes me dizzy too)
Now I eat more protein and take a simple thyroid substitute and some iron every day. If I ever start to get dizzy again (or get bad headaches or start to loose my hair), I know something is off and my doctor does a blood test and we fix it. Hopefully your problem is something just as simple - or even better ... it gets cured :-)

I feel your pain BIG time! I have chronic recurring bouts of vertigo that ranges from mild to severe. I've been tested for Meniere's disease which isn't yet completely ruled out. It is so *aggravating* to deal with this. So sorry you are suffering!
