Got a recent layout picked up for BasicGrey's gallery- woo!
And! Get this- I found out today that I had one of my pages featured as Page of the Day on the Memory Makers site. I had no idea- one of my friends at Transparent Touches posted a little congrats thread and that's how I found out! I either missed the email, or never got one- but what a pleasant little surprise! I really would just like to know which one it is, though... so I can add it to my resume! LOL How cool, huh?

After waiting until quite possibly the last freaking second, I've decided to enter Creating Keepsake's Hall of Fame contest. For any of you who care... this means I now have to whip out TEN top notch layouts in the span of just under a month. I do have several layouts that I have been working on that are never before seen- I just have to see if I can somehow make them fit into the schemes they are calling for...Why do I do this to myself? Oh yes, that's right! I'm a glutton for punishment!! :D

Payton has been so weird lately. He's really been such a good puppy... but for about the last two weeks, every time I even think I am going to try to use the computer in my studio, he will exit his cozy little basket and come and stand on me until I roll my chair away from the desk. When I do, he launches into my lap and makes himself comfy like he is some little five pound dog! He's so funny- he just sits there and stares at the computer screen... like he's saying "I want to see!"
Anyhow... this is another layout for ICS using the January Crate Paper Avenue kit. I did add some fun Maya Road chipboard, some doodle border stamps from Sassafras Lass and a journaling page from Creative Imaginations.

Anyhow... I decided this year to not make any resolutions but to try and make some of my dreams come true instead. Hopefully, with those... I can have some better luck!
One Heart-One Mind announced their new design team today and I am sad to report I am not one of the chosen few. While I am really sad that I won't get the chance to showcase their product, I am glad for two of my fellow ICS girls... congrats LaTonya and Di!

...the nailbiting begins! I got my One Heart-One Mind DT tryout projects complete and into the mail! Due to being so darned sick, I took longer to finish them than I had wanted... but they are done- gone and it is out of my hands- which really scares me silly! I REALLLLLLLY want this one... I just hope my designs are good enough. Wish me more luck, please? ((HUGS))

I cannot believe that 2006 is over and we've rung in 2007! Time has just flown by so quickly, I am hoping 2007 seems to be here a little longer... I wish you all a healthy prosperous new year!
