So, thank you SO very much Jane! You really picked me up when I needed it most today!
Thanks for letting me share!

Last week, over at 2ps I saw that One Heart-One Mind was having a design team call. After checking out their products online and falling in love with them, I HAD to put my application in!
Yesterday, I received an email from them telling me I was picked to continue on to their tryouts!!! I'm so excited!! From here, I get a kit to work with and then after turning in my designs, they will pick people for the Design Team from those applications. I'm so nervous and so excited, all at the same time...
Wish me luck!!
One more from the December kit at Transparent Touches & Tags. This is actually a 12" circular layout, but I can't figure out how to get off all the extra scanner gobbledy-gook. :)
Of course, this is my sweet Payton. Let me just tell you- he is NOT fond of having anything on his head. LOL But I was able to get a few fun shots, like this one- where he's "smiling" at me. I'll have more layouts to come with some better shots from that day- but this is by far, one of my favorites!
{As always, click on the photo for a close-up of the layout.}
Another layout from the awesome-tastic December kit from Transparent Touches & Tags. I just love how this kit lets the ideas just flllloooowwww. I have been hoarding this picture since 1995!! LOL I took this out the door from our home in Crown Point the morning we woke up from the blizzard that pretty much immobilized all of northwest Indiana. Coincidentally, this was also the same day I started my dispatch job with the Crown Point Police. Needless to say, I didn't do much the first few weeks other than sit in a dark room, answering weird telephone calls!~

Layout Blueprints posted two different sketches for November and since I have all these new pictures to share, I wanted to try and use some of them up. This is my sweet niece, Sadie- as she usually is at any playground- just hangin' around! LOL

I'm so excited to share! I got an email this morning asking for one of my November sketches that I submitted for the Blue Media call. They picked a layout I made about my mom and the breast cancer walk back in October. It will be published in the new Layout Blueprints 2 book- I'm so excited- this will be two layouts in the book for me! And I'm even more excited because my Mom has yet to see this page! YAY! Thanks so much for letting me share!

This layout was so fun to make! It showcases some of my favorite photos from Christmas 2005 and uses 3 Bugs in Rug Holiday papers from the Transparent Touches & Tags December kit.
That black scalloped paper is actually striped paper I cut apart and used to make the border all the way around this page... I held it all done using some machine stitching.
You can see all my work using this kit at TTT- check it out! The kit it SO worth it this month!

This card is one of my projects that I did for TTT using a coaster block. When I saw the Ki Memories 'bling' (that is also included in the kit) I thought it would be perfect for a shaker project! So, I made this card by stitching around a coaster block and adding the bling and some snowflake punches. Super easy and just the coolest look!
